Basin Sales & Service was formed in 2017 from a mere result of a handshake, one contact, hopes and dreams. Today Basin provides dedicated products and services to the oil and gas industry. Leroy & Cindy's cultivated need for excellence, hard work and leadership as small business owners have capitalized their accomplishments and cultivated an image of honesty and trustworthiness to both employees and customers.

Customer satisfaction is my goal. Maintaining constant communication with sales reps, operations, and customers to produce results and deadlines to avoid downtime is a team effort. My extensive knowledge of parts, contacts and customers’ needs and the ability to forecast future business trends is essential to maintain and monitor inventory of parts, and equipment.

Scott Stearns joined the Basin Team in 2024. He brings over 45 years of Oil & Gas Midstream experience to basin Sales and Service., His background is valves, field services, and corporate sales. Scott is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army who served his country honorably during the cold war.
