A pipeline Right-of-Way (ROW) is a section of land, granted to a pipeline company, on top of and on either side of a natural gas pipeline. This right-of-way is also referred to as an easement which provides certain interests and restrictions to the land that allows the pipeline company to install and maintain the pipeline. The right-of-way is established through an easement, or purchase of property, and results in the landowner giving up ownership of the affected area.

We make the entire process of right of way maintenance smooth, simple and stress-free. Clearing and Grubbing refers to land clearing basics, its an essential step in construction and land development-in this case pipeline Right of Way (ROW)

Clearing:Involves removing vegetation, trees, shrubs, and other growth from a designated area. getting rid of anything that might obstruct construction. Clearing ensures preparing the ground by eliminating obstacles and unwanted vegetation. verify steel and poly pipe no longer in operation-remove accordingly. Cover all pipelines in operation with dirt as to protect safe operation, repair orreplace structures and/or fence lines damaged or removed to access ROW.

Grubbing:Grubbing goes a step further. Essentially, it’s cleaning up the site thoroughly, including everything below the surface.

Grubbing completely removes vegetation and surface debris such as logs, brush, mesquite tress, stumps, debris and other underground materials. All this debris (brush piles) is cleared away from the boundaries with skid steer root rakes after grubbing is complete. This specific application will require the use of two (2) skid steers with several attachments such as:grubbers, root rakes, forks and buckets.During this process, special attention is given to preserving property boundaries and environmentallysensitive areas.
